Ginger Spice Biscuits
A full-of-flavour ginger biscuit with crystallised ginger finished with a coating of raw sugar for added crunch. This is a 30 year old recipe! Our head pastry chef and founder Monette Bizzarri used to bake these for her children every week! These are still a favourite in the Bizzarri household.
